You are totally inspiring me!! Way to go. I am trying to lose 15 lbs of baby weight myself... but my baby is 11 months old!! Better late than never, right?!
you go girl! im on the end of week one of 30ds and have been running on the treadmill daily also. i dont really see a change yet tho. i have 3 kids (8,6, &1) its a stuggle to squeeze it in, but totally doable and worth it!
Go you Go you Go you!! Keep going, I know you will succeed : )
Fantastic!! Way to get it done girl! I weighed in today and finally reached pre-baby weight! Still more to go, but it feels good doesn't it?!?!
Keep up the great work.
10 at a time!!! Good girl!! :) Proud of you! You inspire me!
I have seen on your blog before where you mentioned an arm workout you did while you were pregnant and was wondering what it consisted of? Also was there a certain calorie intake you gave yourself on your second pregnancy? I myself am on my second pregnancy and would like to give this a go on the healthy track.
holy moly momma - way to go
You go girl!!
You look great!
Loving the progress! Keep it up!
i just found your blog (thanks, Pinterest!) and I'm finding it very motivating! I've lost nearly 50lbs since the day I delivered baby #3, and I'd love to drop another 12-15 (though I'm already smaller than I've ever been as an adult). I think it's time to hit up that 30DS again! Thanks for sharing your story!!
You're awesome!!!!! Way to go! Looking great girl!
i can't wait to have this sweet boy and get rid of all this baby weight ( i get so huge)!
you definitely motivate me!!!
Hey! I am a former fatty as well...just lost my baby weight after baby #3. I thought I would recommend the program I just completed called Supreme 90 Day, seeing as you have little ones as I do, these workouts are shorter than p90x. They are on average 30 minutes, with 2 out of the 10 workouts being about 45 minutes, but you only do those two like 9 times each during those 90 days. It seriously kicked my butt and the best part is its only 20 bucks at Bed Barg and Beyond, Walmart, Walgreens, or Amazon. And, I wasn't paid for this! Just enjoyed seeing your 30 day shred results because I am on day 6 of the 30 day shred!
Congrats on your progress. I can't say that for myself and I think I might have to go with a coolsculpting treatment.
