Skinny Pepperoni Roll Ups

I got the recipe from Pinterest via this chick. Then I substituted all the ingredients for a "skinnier" version. Because that's how I do the damn thang.
Don't follow me on Pinterest yet? Well you should. I pin cool shit.
All pics are courtesy of that chick's blog. I didn't take any because I'm a totes loser. Sue me.
INGREDIENTS:
-Reduced Fat crescent rolls

-Turkey pepperoni

-Sargento light mozzarella string cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Unroll crescent rolls and lay out 4 slices of pepperoni and 1/2 string cheese inside crescent rolls.

Roll up crescent rolls to secure pepperoni slices and cheese.
Put on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake according to directions on crescent rolls.
TA-DA!
Each Roll Up is only 136 calories.
(I may have had 2...)
****Do you make cool shit? I am looking for a sponsor for my next giveaway when I reach 1,000 followers. If you are interested, drop me a line!****

I made these too! Super easy! I only did 3 pieces of pepperoni because I thought it was super salty. So i guess mine were kinda, skinny. Ha ha!
Kids love these though.
YUM, I'm going to have to try those bad boys, I love me some turkey pepperoni!
I pinned this as well..I knew right away it was going to be a hit with my kids:)
I will have to try these, my hubby would love them. I love how you made them skinny. New follower btw - hi! :)
Nummers! I pinned those awhile ago but haven't gotten around to making them. Thanks for sharing your "skinny" version! Those will be on the menu SOON!!
I make these at least once a week. So delicious!
I've seen those around pinterest, great idea to lighten them up!!
Def going to try them!!
I think I've pinned those and I just pinned some "Skinny" recipes too! Gotta love Pinterest!
I pinned those a long time ago and forgot about them. I haven't looked at pinterest in so long it's sad. We've gotten a lot of easy meals with cresent rolls from pinterest. I will have to make those sometime and see if my family notices the difference when subbing ingredients.
Looks delish!!
Totally making these this weekend.
Thanks for sharing :)

My husband doesn't know what calories are. He can eat five candy bars a day, and never see a love handle.....he HATES when I cook light. I'm so making these and not telling him :)
OK, that would have been an awesome super bowl treat. But for dinner ... I'm not sure. Partly because I think I'd be tempted to eat 6.
Uh-yum!! I like using lowfat croissants with canadian bacon & egg beaters to make low fat breakfast pouches too!
I tagged you in my post tonight. Check it out!

Wow!! I have to say, I LOVE your blog! I, too, am a mom of two. My first baby was born Oct '09 and my second Oct '10! I love how candid you are and all the tips you give about how you juggle yourself and your family. Truly inspiring! I am currently trying to lose weight and training for a fundraiser that involves climbing 69 flights of stairs. I subscribed to your blog and I am looking forward to your weekly posts. It will be great to cheer you on from the sidelines!

Thanks for posting this! I am taking these to the daycare Valentine's party tomorrow. Mine won't be 'skinny' because our Brookshire's does not carry turkey pepperoni :(
