You crack me up! I wanted to delete all of my friends who showed their flowers but then I'd have no girlfriends on Facebook. Ugh. I'm so not a Valentine's Day girl.

I'm a new follower. You are cracking me up! I delivered my 2nd baby 3 months ago. Right now I'm weighing in at 162. I'm looking to you for inspiration. I've dropped 12 pounds, but had to ease up because my milk supply was dropping. Are you BFing? Either way, you are my inspiration & I'll keep checking in & hoping that I can keep up with you!

I make shrimp tacos that are to die for! Saute shrimp is garlic, tiny bit of olive oil (or cooking spray) and blackened seasoning. Use shredded cabbage mixed with fresh chopped cilantro, however much you like (I love lots of cilantro). Top with a sour cream/cilantro/lime sauce. You could totally use plain greek yogurt or fat free sour cream.
For the sour cream sauce: mix sour cream (about 1/2 c) with juice of one lime and fresh chopped cilantro. You want enough lime juice to make the sour cream very runny (pourable). Drizzle on top of taco. They are light and fresh! Love them!
