Sexy Pretty Muddy Workout Video

So you've signed up for the Pretty Muddy race in Dallas on June 1st. 
You're running on our team, Dirty Divas (or not, whatev.) 
So now what?
Well Megan made a video for you to get in shape to for the upcoming run.
I basically just participated, with minimal bitching. 
You do NOT have to be a runner to participate in this FUN RUN. 
You do NOT have to be 140 lbs. 
You do NOT have to be a size 6. 
You just have to want to have some fun!
And get muddy! :)

Megan and I decided we're going to be doing more workout videos together. We will have to get a schedule figured out, but how often would y'all wanna see a workout video from us?
Once a week? Once a month?
What do you want to see? 
You tell us! And we'll try and comply. :)

Maybe a video or two with some more lower level moves. Some of those moves in that video I am no where close to being able to do. 200+lbs can't do a crab crunch...

Yay for videos! I love videos that show me exactly what to do. If I can see it done then I'm more likely to do it myself instead of just reading about it in a magazine. I think once a month would be great, that allows a few weeks to work on something and then by the end of month we can look forward to trying something new. But, I'd also be interested on how often you rotate through new moves or workouts; do you stick to a few workouts/routines for a period of time and then go on to new ones? Love you Mama, thanks for everything!

Workout videos once a week or once a month is cool with me! Maybe have some sort of schedule that you follow (i.e. spin M,W,F lift weights to workout video T and Th)that we can follow and feel like we're at the gym with you---minus the sweet boob/butt shots. Great idea!

I think workout videos would be fun! I am always interested to see what other people do in the gym & totally need the guidance. Maybe once a month? i think weekly would be a lot of work for you guys.

I love this. So much! And I love it even more that you guys aren't perfect at it. No offense, at all. But it is really nice to see that someone who obviously has their fit lifestyle together struggles with these type things, too! It takes things like this to remind me that this is a struggle for us all, and that not everybody is perfect at it, because that's how I tend to think when I get down about myself. Keep up the great work! :)

I just realized you and I had our baby boys within two days of each other. I have not lost any, (Hell I've gained some) weight from when I had him and there is no excuse for that. You are my inspiration to get my ass in gear!

This has nothing to do with this post but I have constantly been thinking of the post you did on your grandmother a while back. I was recently diagnosed with leukemia for the second time in 14 months. Her strength is on my mind every day and so is her inspiration!

I'm SO not into the mud thing but am excited to track your journey with it. We have a dirty dash here every year that is a BIG DEAL. I've been meaning to comment lately and tell you how happy and excited I am for you and your Megan and that you found each other. (So special) I honestly couldn't do half of what I do without my BFF/workout partner pushing me like she does. So fun for you guys!

I'm definately sharing this video with my bootcamp instructor!! We're doing a mud run in June in Wichita, KS. These moves look similar to what we do everyday at bootcamp, so we love new ideas!! Thanks for the awesome post, and good luck on your mud run as well!!
