You still eat on this cleanse, but you only eat clean foods.
Welllll, I'm not the best eater... this is no surprise.
I love my peanut butter and chocolate.
So when Megan suggested a Link Up I was all for it because it would take the guess work out of me having to figure out what to eat!
Please link up your clean recipes at the bottom of the post.
If you're wanting to join us for the cleanse, you can go {HERE} to order it and you'll have it by Monday!
NEXT...
There is a 16 year old girl in California that needs your help.
She has joined the St. Baldrick's Foundation this year for the first time and is going to shave her long, blonde, beautiful hair to support cancer awareness.
This will be her dad's 10th year to participate and her 12 year old brother's 7th year to participate and shave their heads as well.
But Mikayla is a GIRL.
IN HIGH SCHOOL.
A BEAUTIFUL SIXTEEN YEAR OLD.
If you've ever been a 16 year old girl, you know how important your hair is.
And she's going to shave it.
All in the name of childhood cancer.
She needs your help!
She has a goal of raising $500... but I think we can blow that out of the water!
Let's show this courageous young lady support and help her out!
You can go to her donation page {HERE} and donate!
Or if you don't want to leave good 'ole Dad & Bro out, you can donate to their family page {HERE}.
To read more about WHY Mikayla is doing this, you can check out her post {HERE}.

So happy you linked to St. Baldricks! It's based here in Sacramento and it's a huge event so touching she's going to participate this year!
I have a healthy eating Pinterest board- http://pinterest.com/rnay44/healthy-eats/
My favorite site for clean eating recipes is this: http://www.heandsheeatclean.com/p/the-recipes.html
I can't wait to see how it goes for you guys and see what yummy foods you make!
Well hello there!
I've just discovered your blog today and I'm glad I did.
I myself have lost around 185lbs and can relate to how good being free from the control of food feels.
I completely agree with your phylosophy to weight loss and eating and am looking forward to following your blog :)

Thanks for the intro to Mikayla. what a wonderful way to give back.. she made her goal today - hope it brings loads of smiles!...xoxo Tami
Thanks for bringing awareness to Makayla's cause. I donated in honor of my 12 year old cousin who is battling brain and spinal cancer. She is my hero!
What an awesome cause and such an amazing young girl!! I'm so glad you posted this on your blog and brought awareness to such a great cause.
Can you, or someone reading this tell me how the Advocare works? How often do you use each drink? I read that it gives you certain days to use certain drinks, however do you use it once a day, throughout the day? As meal replacements? I'm seriously considering ordering but wanted to know a little more before I commit.
I'm excited about the link up. I'm always needing more clean recipes
LOVE St Baldricks! My hubby and son are shaving their heads next weekend. Such a great organization.
Makayla you are such a brave young woman. We need to see an after pic.
I read your blog daily but seldom comment but I just had to thank you and Megan for doing the clean food link-up! So many great recipes, ideas and blogs! I love the idea of us all eating healthy clean food instead of grabbing the 100 cal. packs of junk! Thanks for taking care of us ladies!
YAY Clean food link up!
I also wanted to ask about the Advocare stuff. Do you ladies love it?
I have a co-worker that is a sales person for them and I've been a bit apprehensive about trying it. I've had samples of the drink mix and it was good but I'm just always fearful about stuff like that.
I LOVE this linky idea of recipes for clean eating! Even though I like spaghettio's on Sunday for dinner... the rest of the week I like to eat clean. Thanks, mama!
Brandi - After looking at the recipes, most of them have items that are restricted from the Cleanse; butter, oil, cheese.
Can you post your grocery list prior prior to Monday?
Thanks!
This may be a stupid question BUT.... I noticed that these recipes call for turkey. Grocery store had a sale last week on lean ground beef so I have a decent amount in my freezer. Can you eat lean ground beef on a cleanse? If not I can always but ground turkey but for economical reasons and all I wanted to at least ask:) Thanks!
@ Reba K. I believe Turkey is fine to eat on the cleanse. I heard anything that swims, flys or jumps. Stay away from animals that stand and eat all day. :)
Thank you! @Rebecca Dunkin
