MILF Monday: The Vlog Part II & A Podcast

Happy Monday hookers!
I had such a fun weekend. If you follow me in Instagram (@mamalaughlin) then you know that!

First up today is the second part of mine and Megan's vlog:

We had so much fun doing the vlog and hope we answered some questions for you!

Next, I want to direct you to my interview with Heather from Half Size Me!
This podcast is available for free download on iTunes. Just search "Half Size Me".
HERE is where you can listen to the full interview on her website.
I loved chatting with Heather and we discussed some things I've never discussed before in an interview, so it was a lot of fun!
Go check it out and download the episode!
You'll also learn how Heather is using carb cycling/Weight Watchers/and adding more calories in to lose those last 10 lbs! Very interesting stuff and it's worth a listen!

Saturday night I went to Megan's for a party and made some skinny recipes!
headband from Ruffles & Fringe
Here are the recipes I used:
Skinny Taco Dip
Skinny Funfetti Dip
Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
They were all REALLLLY good! Totally recommend them all!
*Also, side note: it's only considered "skinny" if you don't have 14 helpings... just sayin'...

I got in a really good workout on Saturday morning.
I straight up MURDERED some weights.
I was feeling very frustrated and anxious, so I took that shit out at the gym.
And when I was done I felt AMAZING.
Funny how that happens!
Hope you all had a fabulous weekend!
I've got some great things in the works for this week, so check back!

And now for some mo' shoutouts!

Okay I have a legit question. What kind of underwear do you wear to run/work out? I feel like I need granny panties, but then they feel bulky under leggings? I love the blue leggings you're wearing above!

Thanks for doing this ladies. It's fun to watch you two interact with one another and answer questions. You're both totally cute. And how do you look so tall? I would have totally thought you were closer to 5'8 and 5'10!
