While I love most of those (minus the bratwurst fingers that I can't do shit about) I am not too fond of my Baby Makin' Hips.
Yes, they helped me birth 2 beautiful baby boys naturally, but now?? Well, now I'm done with them.
I don't need those big guys anymore.
I don't plan on having anymore children.
So the hips? They gotta go.
Now don't get me wrong, I like a little curve. I like a little meat on my bones.
But my hips have like an all-you-can-eat-meat-buffet on them.
NO SPANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I want them smaller.
So I've been doing some moves to try and shrink them.
Time will tell how it works, but I wanted to share my new favorite move!

Those are a few moves I plan to continue to do until these hips can fit into a size 4.
Well, that and of course SQUATS!

Because squats give you an ass.
